Hamed Hoseyni is a professional attorney and a member of Tehran Bar Association since 2007. He received his LL.B from Science and Culture University and his LLM from Shahed University.With more than 10 years’ experience, Hamed has gained a lot of experience in the field of Litigation and Dispute resolution in various cases.
As a trial lawyer, he represents plaintiffs and defendants in civil and criminal cases and manages all phases of the litigation process from investigation, pleadings and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement and appeal. He speaks Persian and English. He is the Head of Dispute Resolution Team.
